1. What myphonely does
myphonely is a relay service that lets AI models (such as Claude or ChatGPT) control an Android device you own via ADB (Android Debug Bridge). The myphonely app on your phone opens a TLS-encrypted tunnel to our relay server; AI clients connect to that relay through our MCP server to send ADB commands and receive screen data.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address and hashed password (or OAuth token) used to create your account.
- API key: a random token generated at signup, stored in our database, and used to authenticate your device.
- Device metadata: device model name, local IP address, and Wi-Fi SSID sent by the app at connection time. Used only to identify your device in the dashboard.
- Usage credits: a running count of API calls deducted as you use the service.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
3. How we use your information
- Authenticate your device and authorize relay connections.
- Deduct usage credits and display usage in your dashboard.
- Send transactional emails (password reset, receipt).
- Investigate abuse or security incidents.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL hosting for account and credit data.
- Auth0 — authentication provider.
- Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing help@myphonely.ai. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
6. Security
All relay traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. API keys are stored hashed. We follow industry-standard security practices, but no system is perfectly secure.
7. Children
myphonely is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
